We offer a short-term rental in a new barrier-free apartment house Razula, right next to a ski slope of the ski resort RAZULA in Velké Karlovice in the Beskydy Mountains. The ski slope uses a snowmaking system and offers the possibility of night skiing. In the vicinity, there are many other ski slopes: Soláň, Kohutka, Machůzky, Karolínka, hotel Galík, hotel Horal and others, cross-country trails, cycle paths, bowling, rope centres, squash, tennis, wellness, indoor pools, outdoor swimming pool ... This location is ideal for spending a year-long holiday, especially in winter and summer.
Our 2-room luxuriously furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the barrier-free apartment house Razula and includes: lift, ski or bike room, one parking place in front of the house no. 23, and ski rental. The maximum rental capacity is 5 people.

Living room with the possibility of sleeping for 2 persons on a high-quality convertible sofa intended for daily sleeping, cabinets, LCD satellite TV (approx. 80 Czech channels), DVD player, Wi-Fi internet connection, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric cooktop, plastic dishes for children, Tchibo Cafissimo coffee machine using coffee capsules), table and chairs for 5 people.
Separate bedroom providing sleeping for 3 people on a high-quality convertible bed and a chairbed which are designed for daily sleeping, and spacious wardrobes.
Separate toilet, potty for children, bathroom with a bath-tub, hairdryer and washing machine, balcony with seating, additional wardrobes in the hallway, heaters for additional heating, and clothes horse for laundry drying. This apartment is non-smoking. Self-catering or use of nearby restaurants.

The information is valid from 1 January 2020. The clients who booked before this date follow the confirmed instructions.
Occupancy limits (unit capacity):

Deposit:
- 1 000 Kč / unit - refundable deposit
Minimum length of stay:
- 3 nights
Extra charges:
- 250, - Kč / for a small pet per night (valid upon individual agreement)
Discounts:
- accommodation using 2 x fixed bed for 5 - 6 nights - discount -10%, extra fixed bed is 200 Kč / night, extra bed is 100 Kč / night
The price includes sanitary equipment (dishcloth, detergents, toilet paper, 2x dishwasher tablets, ...) bed-clothes according to the number of persons, towels, final cleaning.
A 30% deposit is paid when booking a stay and is included in the rental price
