I wanted to sell our company boarding house with the help of Mr. Benetka and real estate agency FORTUNA REALITY. However, the boys from FORTUNY REALITY told me beforehand that not all the properties are properly registered in the Real Estate Register. I appreciated their preparation before the actual sale and the legalization of all the buildings of the boarding house. I have postponed the sale of the boarding house for personal reasons, but I will definitely entrust the eventual sale to the gentlemen of this real estate agency.
